I am a totally image and atmosphere based person. I act according to images I have in my mind. For every single thing or situation in the real world I have another mental image in my head of how this should be looked like or what it should be done according to the ideal image in my head. I know that you probably didn’t get a clue of what I just tried to explain but I can’t explain it any better.
My favourite superheros are Batman and Peter Pan. I love Batman for his gadgets and his cool total black dark absolute style uniform. For his car and his plane and probably the submarine and spaceship and bike… You got the picture I guess. Everything! I also however like Peter Pan that has no gadgets at all. But it’s not all about Peter Pan, it’s also Neverland that I like. A mythical world where I can fly making happy thoughts and fight with pirates!
I don’t like Monicca Belluci. I don’t say that she’s ugly, I’m just saying that I don’t have this “normal” obsession that everybody has. Instead I like Natalie Portman and Kristen Dunst. And since I started with women I have another confession to make. I like Audrey Hepburn and Ursula Andress in the 60s. Please don’t judge me, it’s a thing I have I guess.
I hate nothing but still I do nothing every day. But I’m working on that and I have started to see some progress… What’s more, I have changed that last couple of years dramatically. The thing is that I’m still wondering if I improved or not…
One of my greatest dreams is to own my own house on a beautiful hill with a great view just a little bit outside of the city. Guests are always welcome…
Today I handed in my research proposal outline. The title is “Investigation into the use of e-commerce in luxury brands and the consequences on consumers behavior”. The research aims to fill the gap of the lack of current information on luxury brands’ use of World Wide Web (WWW) by surveying luxury brand managers and consumers. The purpose of the research is to analyse the current involvement of luxury brands with the WWW and which is their managers’ and their customers’ perception on that. Based on this analysis this research will attempt to determine the opportunities and threats emerging for the brand managers concerning multinational strategy due to global access to the brand’s website.
Of course the research proposal is not yet in its final form since I wait for some feedback on it. However you are welcome to download it here:
Nobody has a clue of what is going on in another’s head. Or maybe you can since you are humans. But nobody speaks about his apocryphal thoughts. I don’t mean if you get horny while they drop melted wax on you! You pervert! I heard that too… I’m talking about thoughts, perspectives, icons, examples, association of ideas. It’s like the sex topic in the old days. Everybody did it but nobody was talking about it. Something like that.
At least I know what the f*** I want! And of course you are probably thinking: “Me too!” but you’ll be amazed of how few people out there know what they really want. Since I noticed that I see it everywhere around me. On the campus there are a lot of people ready to open their hearts and tell you for “the skeleton they hide in the closet”, as a friend of mine says. And everybody has one. Of course like 90% of the situations involve previous or current relationships. And almost all of the times there is an issue. And I always ask them: “Ok! I get what you’re saying but what do YOU want? What’s the ideal scenario for the future?”
Some people answer and while they answer they realise the situation. You can see it on their face. Their expression change as if their thinking: “Hm! Yeah! Right!”. Of course most of them just give you: “I don’t know. What do you think?”. Why do you ask me unskilled passer by of life, dammit?!?
All I know is that you set a goal. After that all you have to do is to do everything in order to achieve it. That’s what I do…
I just came back from a men’s night ride. I had kinda forgotten how it’s like. And it’s cool. Sooooo, relaxed. German sausages with hot chilly ketchup and yogurt, beers, belly dancers thanks to Suly, then pool, snooker, darts, then some more pool, then some more darts. Without women complaining about the fact that we spilled ketchup on the carpet or commenting on our disgusting jokes about women or how many times we can laugh with a single phrase repeated over and over again, or the fact that we were playing snooker for 3 hours, then darts, then pool and then the same all over again. Without complains about the pub’s toilets or about the guy in the corner looking them in a strange way, or that the table is not that clean or that they wanna to go somewhere else… “just the two of us”.
Let’s do that again guys. It was fun. What about bowling next time? And Karl! Some more of those awesome sausages man!
